Personal data controller
The controller of your personal data is the Stowarzyszenie Klaster ICT Pomorze Zachodnie (West Pomeranian ICT Cluster Association), entered into the register of associations and the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Szczecin-Centrum, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS (National Court Register) number 0000385020 with the NIP number (Taxpayer ID Number) 851-314-59-37 with its registered office at ul. Personal data collected by the Controller are processed on the terms set out in the provisions on the protection of personal data, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and in the Polish regulations issued in connection with the GDPR, including the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data. The Controller keeps personal data confidential and protects them against unauthorised access by third parties on the terms specified in the above-mentioned legal acts.

1. The scope and purposes of personal data processing
As part of its activities, the Controller collects and processes personal data:
1. in order to enable the proper use of the Controller’s website by the user at work.visitszczecin.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”), i.e. to present or submit job offers and in order to promote the city of Szczecin as a workplace for IT specialists, pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) and (f) of the GDPR. The Controller will not process personal data contained in the CV sent in response to the job offers on the Platform;
2. for analytical and statistical purposes in order to enable the content to be adapted to the preferences of the Platform user (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
2. Your rights
The processing of your personal data is carried out on a voluntary basis, however, depending on the circumstances, refusing to provide data or requesting its removal may prevent us, for example, from performing the ordered service correctly and fully.
You have the right to request the Controller to access your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit its processing, the right to object to its processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you believe that the processing of your personal data by the controller violates the provisions on the protection of personal data.
3. Processing period
The data is stored for the duration of the contract and after its termination for the period resulting from the provisions on archiving and limitation of claims, as well as until the legitimate interests of the Controller are fulfilled or until an objection to the processing is raised.
4. Transfer of personal data to other entities
The recipients of your personal data may be:
1. authorised employees of the Controller;
2. external service providers, e.g. entities providing IT services that will handle the website or IT support for the Platform, marketing (in particular, a media house), Platform hosting providers (Szczecin City Commune), and other entities that process your data on the basis of personal data processing agreements concluded with the Controller, as well as accountants, lawyers, administrative bodies, state services and courts.
5. Data transfer to third countries (outside the European Economic Area)
Your personal data may be transferred to third countries, such as the USA, in connection with the Controller’s use of the services of entities based outside the European Economic Area (Google Inc.) in order to ensure the correctness, efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided. In this case, the Controller, in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, implements security measures aimed at ensuring proper processing and adequate protection of your personal data. 6. No profiling
Your personal data is not subject to profiling as one of the forms of automated personal data processing.
7. The Controller collects cookies in connection with the operation of the Platform
By entering the Platform, the User is identified (in the form of a cookie). Data about him / her is transferred to: Google Inc. using tracking codes.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data from cookies are the legitimate interests of the Controller consisting in the willingness to develop and improve the Platform (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
8. Cookies used on the profile:
The Platform uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the Platform or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
